I’m going to let the pictures do the talking today. Here’s a summary: butterflies (spicebush swallowtail, red spotted purple, and eastern tiger swallowtail) and wildflowers (trilliums, violas, bloodroot, and a few more I don’t know the name of), and a lake at G.R. Thompson State Wildlife Management Area. Picnic at the old mill in Millwood with take-out lunch from one of our faves–the Locke Store. And a beautiful drive in the Shenandoah valley.
