Inching closer to construction completion, although now it looks like it will bleed into next week. To be fair, they did give December 20 as the completion date, although I’m so ready for this to be done. For everything they complete, another little thing pops up.

The weather has been most accommodating—dry, sunny, and warm. Hubby’s big push for the season has ended and he’ll have to start finding something to keep him busy until mid-March, when it starts all over again. So far when getting off work early, he’s going running and bike riding, not to mention taking cat naps in the middle of the day. This afternoon he joined me on my walk after a 15-mile bike ride. Lots more homes these days are putting up lights and decorations. We’re closer to getting the tree decorated. It’s up, lit, and in place but bare of bulbs. Tomorrow night. Or Thursday.
