Today is National Daffodil Day, and this particular daffodil bulb ended up in our compost, probably from soil dumped there from one of our pots. That didn’t stop if from wanting to express itself. Where there’s a will, there’s a blossom—I love the resilience of plants! It’s also World Water Day (very important substance is water). Yesterday was International Day of Forests, which went unnoticed by me, although being a tree hugger, I honor trees pretty much always.
Today was another one fill glorious sunshine and warmth, so naturally I spent most of it inside in front of the computer writing the pilot script for my proposed television show. I’m mostly finished with the draft and then I’ll have to clean it up before feeling comfortable sending it out. So far two people have asked to see the pilot and other materials. The problem with people getting excited about my work is me thinking, “Really, you’re interested in my writing?” These big tech companies call that imposter syndrome, including my employer, and we have whole training sessions on how NOT to feel less capable than we really are. (Maybe I should take more sessions.)
How could you *miss* IDOF?!
I guess I had 3,000 other things on my mind. 🙂
