They share their knowledge and way of life in experiential workshops, conferences, and events within a thriving community and ecovillage.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.twinoaks.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twin Oaks Community<\/a> in central Virginia offers volunteer opportunities for those wising to check out intentional community living. Since the community&#8217;s beginning in 1967, their way of life has reflected their values of cooperation, sharing, nonviolence, equality, and ecology. They periodically have openings to accept new residents, or you can schedule a visit and volunteer there for a time.
