It was a beautiful day for a long road trip, part of which passed along Lake Erie (hard to see in the pic, but it\u2019s there). I tried to get a pic of the NY State sign as we crossed the border, but couldn\u2019t react quickly enough. Mom was a total trooper; no tears, no complaining, completely content to be heading toward her next great adventure. We understand that tomorrow may bring 7 inches of snow, after being in the 70s today. We won\u2019t be unpacking the van tomorrow. I\u2019m exhausted.
