Sunshine! Finally burst through later after a misty morning, water suspended in midair. I took advantage of it by doing errands on my bicycle, using the paniers so I could shop for groceries. As long as the weather is fairly decent, I\u2019m going to try to keep shopping on bike; it forces me to buy fewer items and save money.<\/p>\n
Today I tried\u2014unsuccessfully\u2014to get Google Docs to properly number table cells. Swearing a blue streak didn\u2019t seem to help, but it may have freaked out my delicate neighbor, who knocked on my open screen door during a particularly colorful string of words I said in my outdoor voice. I pretended to be talking to someone on the phone after I heard her call out my name through the screen. Not sure that was too convincing either. The first time my massage therapist heard me use a four-letter word when referring to a former president, she said, \u201cOh my goodness, I didn\u2019t think you used language like that. You\u2019re so sweet!\u201d When I came home and told Hubby what she said, he nearly split his side open laughing. (Side note: During what is supposed to be a relaxing massage is not a good time to discuss politics and especially not certain politicians.)<\/p>\n
